Panch Mahal is an extraordinary structure of Mughal era which looks like a Buddhist Temple. It has four storeys in decreasing size built symmetrically over ground floor. The building consists 176 columns with screens suggesting the presence of the Purdah System followed by the queens. The pavilions give the splendid view of fort and the interior like a palace for queens. There is a pond in the front courtyard named Anoop Talab. Whole structure is made of red sandstone and the interior decorated with carved marble.
